Fisherman's Cottage - Watch the Seals at Play! in Lubec

Enjoy the ever changing views of the ocean currents and 20 foot
tides, only 230 feet from the house. From the dining room table you
will see seals at play in the current and the local fishing boats
coming in with the day�s catch. This home has been completely
refurbished and is decorated with charming period furniture. The
house brings back memories of Lubec�s waterfront history, as do
Lubec�s main streets lined with Victorian homes. Shops, restaurants,
library, and boat landing are a short stroll from the front door.
Lubec's public beach � three miles of beachcombing -- is also just a
short walk from the cottage. After a busy day exploring, what could
be better than curling up with a good book by the cozy living room
stove while the foghorns sound in the channel? The home has two
bedrooms with two twin beds in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the
second bedroom. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, full
and 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and TV/VCR with limited cable service.

$300 reservation/damage deposit due when placing reservation. (Please
add $50 to deposit for pets.) Full rent plus tax due 6 weeks prior to beginning of stay. Deposit holds your reservation and becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Refundable at end of stay.
