This large three-bedroom, three bath house has plenty of room for everyone! The master bedroom has a
king-size bed, twin closets and full private bath! The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the
third bedroom has two twins. There is a pullout, queen-size sofa in the den equipped with a 32-inch
remote-control TV. The French doors open to a large, private pool complete with beach chairs, water
slide and towels! All you need to start relaxing!

The ocean is a short walk across the street, great shopping and antiquing in the Olde Town of
Melbourne is also a must. The Space Coast awaits you! Near Cape Canaveral, antique shops in town,
golf, and guides available for fishing the Indian River or Atlantic Ocean. World class fishing is
just seven miles south in the famous Sebastian Inlet. Boats and kayak rentals available as well as
charter fishing out of Cape Canaveral.

With the average year-round temperature at 73 degrees, you will enjoy trips to the Kennedy Space
Center (just 30 minutes away) or to Disney World, MGM, and Universal Studios (45-60 minutes away). No
more lines, no more waiting, no more high prices! Just lots of fun!

The house is located across the street to a white, sandy semi-private beach! The tranquility of this
section of beachfront is unmatched. No condominiums or high-rises here! Enjoy swimming, gathering
shells or just plain sunbathing. Surfing is very popular amongst the locals. The waves are world
famous for their near perfect surfing traits. Great for body surfing as well. Lots of wildlife. If
you plan your trip between April and October, you are in for a treat... You will be able to watch the
giant loggerhead and leatherback turtles laying their eggs in the dunes every evening. If you time it
right, you can even watch space shuttle liftings from the beach.

Lots of restaurants here! Well-priced with great food. A variety of cuisines for all tastes.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner. All affordable. Great for kids! Just a short drive to a 16-theatre mega-
