DAVENPORT LAKES is a new, small, safe, quiet private rural community at junction of Highways 27 & 192
(Four Corners) just west of Disney World among the Florida orange groves with its own private
community gate-key lake-side park with lighted tennis court and large sparkling heated pool, covered
cabana with shower, washrooms, furnished sun-deck, partly under roof for those who need shade from
the sunshine (right beside and overlooking beautiful Davenport Lake, a very unique setting in the
Disney vacation homes area). Short walking distance to golf course, bank, restaurants, English pub
and several stores.

DIRECTIONS: (From Orlando International Airport) Go West on US-528 (Beachline), South on I-4 to new
Exit 64 (old Exit 25 B), West on US-192 (passing by the main entrance of DISNEY WORLD) and South on
US-27. Turn into entrance to DAVENPORT LAKES at stop-light the first street South on the left (East)
side at large CITGO gas station (POLO PARK East Blvd), then right (South) on first street (THERESE
St) and left (East) on 4th street (ETHAN Ave), very simple. Zip Code is 33897 for Mapquest. A car GPS
will, of course, guide you right to the door (but "real men" don't use a GPS or ask for help when
they get lost)!

Luxurious sleeping accommodations provided for 8 (maximum) in 4 bedrooms; master bedroom with 1 queen
size bed and ensuite bath, another master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 2 more bedrooms each with
2 twin size beds (total 6 beds with very best of luxury mattresses). The children's bedrooms are in
Disney themes (Minnie for girls and Mickey for boys). 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher, almost new detached home with high vaulted cathedral ceilings, fully screened and
furnished patio, gas barbecue, clothes washer and dryer, 32" TV with DVD and VCR player, 3 radios
with CD and cassette tape players, telephones (for dial-up internet access), forced air central
heating and air conditioning, all appliances, dishes, utensils, towels and linens (everything new in
2000). Car seats, stroller, high-chairs, playpen for baby. Should you encounter any problems, our
local agents will insure that you will have a trouble free vacation. Also lots of tourist information
and guidance literature provided in home. Luxuriously furnished in a pleasant tropical Florida and
Disney decor and equipped with everything you will need for a perfect vacation, we are confident that
this home will exceed your expectations. No stairs or steps has proven to provide quite reasonable
wheelchair access.

Flood-lighted tennis court (we provide 4 racquets, etc.), play ground, picnic tables and barbecues,
boat launch ramp, boat finger docks, long large main dock with comfortable seats to relax and enjoy
the refreshing lake breezes and fishing. Only a short walk (next door) to Polo Park/Esprit golf
course, a short drive to so many more (a golfer's vacation heaven, over 200 courses in Orlando area).
A short walk to several new local stores, bank and restaurants and a very short drive 1 or 2 miles to
Public Library for free books, CDs, DVDs and free Internet Access (either on library PCs or on your
own WiFi laptop or blackberry device) and several new malls with super-stores and restaurants, some
open 24/7 (like new Wal-Mart).

RATES 2007 All-Inclusive (U.S. Funds): Regular Season $595/week (minimum booking $375/4 days). Summer
Season $695/week (minimum booking $430/4 days). Holiday Season $795/week (minimum booking 1 week).
Snowbirds Regular Season $1820/month, Summer Season $1920/month regardless of holidays (minimum
booking 4 weeks). Regular Season is anytime of the year except Summer Season June 7 to August 16 or
Holiday Season December 20 to January 3. That's it - no surprise hidden or extra charges!

RESERVATIONS: Please first check the time you want is available on the Availability Calendar and
then contact us by clicking on the Email button or by phone (all as shown at top of this page). A
deposit of $100 per each week is required by money order, cheque, Email Money Transfer or PayPal
(gladly refunded if no vacancy is available to suit you, or you cancel later and the resulting
vacancy gets filled). Balance with customary refundable $200 security deposit is payable 4 weeks
before occupancy. The security deposit will be returned to you upon the usual satisfactory inspection
of our home after your departure.

MISSION: We are not in the business of renting vacation homes. We only make our own home available
when we are not there on an occasional basis a few times each year to help meet our annual expenses
and then only to relatives, friends and those whom we trust to appreciate it, not harm it in any way
and smoke only outdoors. Prices are subject to change without notice, but certainly not after you
have booked. There should be nothing on this page that is overstated. We want you to not be
disappointed in any way, to have the best Disney Florida vacation of your entire life and to return
to us as often as you can.

CAUTION: It’s an unfortunate reality – we live in a world where con artists spend their days thinking
up schemes to defraud us of our money. Along with so much other misrepresentation and misuse, the
Internet has become their favourite source of victims. These fraud and scam artists have learned to
skillfully mimic other legitimate sites (like eBay, PayPal and even your own Bank or Insurance
Company) to obtain your money for products or services they simply don't have. Online fraud or "cyber-
crime" is a serious problem now. We personally know people who have lost money to these frauds. We
