Relax on top of the world with the forever views from our beautiful one level
home in Avila Beach. You'll see the glistening ocean from every window and from
the large deck, which sits atop the championship Avila Golf Course. You'll
also enjoy the sights and sounds of the quaint town of Avila, lots of wildlife,
and the oak studded hills protecting Avila Bay, all without leaving your "perch".
Inside, with an open floorplan, the decor is comfortable and casual. You'll
find cherry wood and travertine flooring, and granite and marble countertops
throughout. You'll love the two fireplaces, jacuzzi tub in the oversized
master bath, and large steam shower. The very spacious master has a king-sized
bed. The guest bedroom has it's own private bath with shower, and
a queen size bed. A fully equipped office, with a pull-out sofa for
over-nighters, awaits you in the third bedroom. We are located in a lovely
gated community. The natives are friendly, and did I mention our
wonderful micro-climate!

gas grill and firepit on deck, inside utility room with washer and
dryer, and of course a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line

activities and attractions in Avila Beach Central Coast

Several golf courses in the area, with a private road/bike trail leading
from the house to the Avila Golf Course and beach just beyond. The quaint
town of Avila sits right on the beach. It boasts restaurants, beach rentals,
Friday night Farmer's markets, art shows, and a beautiful place for sun &
fun, or just sunset walks, on the most popular beach on the central coast.
Village market and restuarant are closeby. Tennis and Mineral Hot Springs
are within the immediate vacinity. Within minutes are apples from See Canyon,
fresh produce and baked goodies from the Avila Barn, and great biking and
walking trails.
The free area trolly stops at the entrance to the community and includes stops at
Avila beach and Shell Beach. We are just a few miles from exciting day trips to
the wine country, both north and south of us (the movie Sideways was filmed
in the area). San Luis Obispo is only 11 miles north of us. with Morro Bay,
Cambria, and Hearst Castle just a few miles beyond that. 100 miles to the south
is Santa Barbara.
All of the towns around and in between have unique offerings for you to enjoy
all summer long. Wine tasting in this area is legondary.
