This is your opportunity to rent the whole home , four bedrooms,
private pool and 2 baths all for the price of one hotel room.

This is a Four Bedroom/Two Bathroom home located in the peaceful
subdivision of Davenport Estates which is only 10 Minutes from
Disney. This house comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen
with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,dishes and more. We
have a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a
master Suite with a Queen bed and walk in closet.The other three
bedrooms have a Queen bed, a Queen size and two twin beds. We have a
couch in the living room with a pull out queen size bed also. We
have a crib and high chair available for your use. We have four TV's
equipped with cable, a DVD player and Playstation. We also have
wireless internet so bring your laptop. There is a webber grill for your
use by the pool.

You can see the Disney fireworks nightly by the pool. There are
many prestigious golf courses in the area. There is a grocery store
and a Super Walmart within a mile of the house.

The house is only 12 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea
World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes from the Orlando
International Airport. For the golfers there are over 20 courses
within a half hour radius.

Check in time would be 4:00 pm on Saturday and check out is at 11:00
am the following Saturday. The house will be cleaned on your day of
arrival and when you leave. Please try and keep the house in the
same condition as when you arrived.

Relax and Enjoy a whole house instead of a paying more for a single
hotel room. This is our very own private house and we have no rear
neighbors.

This is a non-smoking house and sorry but pets are not allowed.
