Spring 2009 03/01/09 to 05/31/09 $800/wk - $2000/month
Summer 2009 06/01/09 to 08/31/09 $800/wk - $2500/month
Fall 2008 09/01/09 to 12/31/09 $800/wk - $1500/month
Must add:
$80.00 cleaning fee
$200.00 security (will be returned if no damage to unit
$250.00 to hold reservation)
.09% vacation tax added to total weekly or monthly charges
Remainder of balance due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival
