Helen's winecountry Hideaway in Sonoma

This is a cute cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood. The
home has been remodeled with all modern new appliances and
conveniences. The yard is beautiful and quiet. There is a firepit
and a vermont castings gas barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with
everything any gourmet cook will need. The stove is a new wolf
36"gas. The kitchen cookware is all-clad stainless and the wine
glasses are reidel. There is cuisinart,blender just everything you
will need in the kithcen. The water system in the home is filtered
culligan water and very pure. (we live in lake tahoe so have pure
clean water up here and I needed the same for down there!!) I am a
gourmet cook and this is my second home so it is quite nicely done
for anyone. The beddings are all top 400 count cotton sheets with
down comforters, pillows and the sheets and duvet covers are all
done at a french laundry in Marin so they are very luxurious. The
beds are both pillowtop and the sofa in the living area if needed is
a cozy restoration hardware brand very comfy queen size bed. The
home is very comfortable and very
upscale. The second bedroom has it's own sitting room space and desk
with high speed wireless internet access. and a flat screen tv
mounted on
the wall, and a cozy new overstuffed sofa for relaxing. There are
french doors which lead out to the tiled patio with the firepit.
The patio is equipped with umbrella table, chairs, adirondacks and
you will be surrounded with gardens and with flowers and trees.
There is always firewood to toss on the firepit or the beautiful
fireplace in the living area. It is a very large fireplace and has
a gas starter. We decorate the house for each season and Xmas there is a tree and lights. Mini white
lights surround the gardens in the evenings year round. Your stay is welcomed by a fruit and wine
plate. The extras we provide are Starbucks Italian roast coffee, Neutrogena soaps, Nexus shampoo
products and the kitchen is fully stocked with spices, condiments and flour sugar teas etc.

Both baths have tubs and showers with hand attachment
inluded sunflower type shower heads. Bedrooms have flat screen high
definition television sets and the kitchen has an under counter tv
for use when your preparing that wonderful gourmet meal!! The
living area has a 42" plasma tv and a surround sound system that
includes speakers on the terrace. The cd player has a 350 cd
changer. Complete cable tv is there. All window coverings are
white plantation shades and floors are all Italian tile with
beautiful oriental design rugs. The bottom line is that the cottage
is very immaculate upon your arrival as I have a real fetish for it
being clean!!
The dining area is a room in itself and has seating for up to six
people. The lighting is all halogen and very unique. This is a
warm and cozy home and my home away from home!! There are comfortable palacek dining chairs to seat
six guests.

Close entrance to Valley of the Moon Wineries. About one mile from Sonoma Square. Nice home to just
sip wine and read a book and relax. Or enjoy a barbecue and cook a
gourmet meal. About one mile from Sonoma Golf Course. Call for great
fall rates!!! It's truly the most beautiful time in the wine
country in the fall. This home is about 1600 square feet with a
very usable floor plan for two couples. Call for more pics and we
