$99/night Last Minute Special for current month only. 4 persons. Each additional person
$10/night. Max 6 persons.

This condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.25 bath (one full bath and an extra vanity sink in the master bedroom)

Regular Rate:

$149/night - October to May.

$199/night - June-Sept.

$69 - Cleaning Fee

Maximum occupancy - 6 or lose deposit for false information.

$100 - Refundable Damage deposit.

Cash, Check, Visa or Master.

Your dates are only officially reserved with credit card reservation or receipt of rental fee.

50% deposit upon reservation, 50% due at least 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
$150 if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. Cancellations 1-60 days before arrival,
refund is prorated (less $150 fee) only if we are able to re-rent the condo.

Winter: $2800/month
Spring: $3100/month
Summer: $3600/month
