Ocean City Oceanfront Efficiency the Atlantis - Unit 702 in Ocean City

Beautiful efficiency direct oceanfront, located at 103rd Street and
Coastal Highway, and is only steps from the beach. You have a
magnificent panorama of both the ocean and the bay. The large pool
is convenient with lots of seating. Restrooms and showers for condo
guests coming off the beach are located on the ground level. The
Atlantis offers a complete security system as well as on site
management and security staff.
A $100 security deposit (returnable) required
and $30 non-refundable registration fee required at time of check-
in. One parking space per unit.
Must be 25 years of age. Maximum occupancy 4 persons.
Renter must be present on property during the entire rental period.
This unit is owner managed and cheaper than going through a rental
agency. If additional cleaning costs are incurred, it will be taken
out of the security deposit. Contract required.

Swimming in either the Atlantic Ocean or large pool reserved for
condo guests.
There is a deli/market within walking distance. There's a
popular ribs/barbeque restaurant within 3 blocks, and other stores
are equally convenient. Fine dining and dancing located at the
hotel next door. At the inlet, you can sign up for sight-
seeing boat tours along the Ocean City coastline. And, plenty of
mini-golf.
The Ocean City Boardwalk is only a short distance away, by city bus
($2.00/person for an all day pass) or car.

This condo is a NON SMOKING unit. Sorry no pets are allowed.
We do NOT rent to students, recent graduates, seasonal workers,
young adults or to third parties who are renting on behalf of
someone else.
Rates below do not include $30 registraion fee/parking and taxes.
This year room tax is 4.5% and MD sales tax is 6%.
Returning guests in good standing will get a 5% discount off total
rate.
Mini-weeks are available for 3 nights: Sun - Wed or Thur - Sun.
