True Oceanfront with Pool - WI-FI plus Computer Provided in Hilo

Welcome to the tropical, lush, windward side of Hawaii's Big Island. This is true oceanfront with 180-degree ocean views. You can see all the way to Hilo and the top of Mauna Kea while sitting by your Solar heated in-ground pool. We do not have a beach directly in front of our home but we are within easy driving distance to several black sand beaches, well known geothermal hot ponds and World class snorkeling at the Kapoha Tide Pools.
It is a wonderful location to whale watch (December to April). At night you can hear the whales singing. Year round turtles, dolphins, and other marine life, plus cruise ships, passing by keep the view always interesting. Coffee on the lanai as you see the sun rise over the ocean is magical as the light dances on the ocean waves! Rainbows over the water and the evening colors are what we love so much and never tire of.
Starting October 1st 2009 we will be offering the entire house. When combined with the bottom current rental - there will be 4 bedroom, 3 baths, private pool, 3 lanais, Full Kitchen and Kitchenette downstairs, Wireless Internet support throughout the house.
Until October 1st 2009 we will be renting only the bottom rental unit. This bottom part of the house is directly on the ocean with a private spacious unit in the downstairs of our large, new, two-story home. The lower level with the swimming pool directly outside your private spacious lanai and private entrance. There are two bedrooms, both with ocean views - one with a king-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. The kitchen/lounge area includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, double hot plate, blender, fry pan, coffee maker, and all utensils. On the lanai is a lava rock barbecue. The bathroom is stocked with toiletries, towels, and linens. The washer and dryer is in the laundry room, next to the kitchen and includes iron, ironing board, and laundry supplies.
There are two TVs with satellite reception, one in the king-sized bedroom and the second in the lounge area. The lounge TV has a DVD player connected and we have a large selection of movies and
documentaries. Off from the family area is a computer connected to a high-speed, DSL, wireless network so you can check your e-mail or browse the Internet at any time. You have a private phone line for your local calls with your own answering machine.
We can offer advice and directions to any of the wonderful things to see in this area. The volcano, hot ponds, black sand beaches, world-class snorkeling, waterfalls, steam vents, and many other treasures of the area. We are convenient to Hilo airport and can send you maps via e-mail. There is shopping and restaurants in nearby Pahoa, Keauu, and Hilo.
Due to 30 foot cliffs overlooking the ocean and the corresponding danger - we do not recommend this rental for people with young children. Arrivals 3:00 PM or after. 10:00 AM departure unless other
arrangements have been made.

Nightly Rate .. Starting at $75 - renting bottom part of house only. We are transitioning into renting this entire 3000 square foot home. Up until October 1st 2009 we will still rent the bottom apartment for the lower rates. We hope this transition is not confusing. We would be glad to phone you if that would help clarify what this transition is. Payment must be by Check or Money Order. We do accept Credit/Debit cards through PayPal and will invoice you if you desire. $200 ($300 on whole house) Payment to confirm reservation with balance due one month prior
