Lovely 3 BR, 1 bath Victorian Cottage built around 1900(Fully
Renovated 2001 and re-painted in 2006)with 2 porches overlooking
Penobscot Bay on the Mid-
Coast of Maine between Camden and Belfast.

Located In Temple Heights area of Northport,Maine.Temple
Heights is a small community of about 30 cottages,mostly summer
residents. 3 minute walk to a rocky beach.

Cottage is nestled in between a cluster of other cottages with a
right-of-way path to Shore Road and beach.

DIRECTIONS FROM PORTLAND:

Take I-95 North to the second Augusta exit (Exit 112 North Routes
202,3 & 9) follow Rt. 3 East to Belfast (about 42 miles). Take US 1
South (Turn Right Just beyond car dealer) 3.7 miles to Northport and
turn left at Dos Amigos Restaurant onto Shore Road. Follow Shore
Road thru Bayside for approximately 3.5 miles to Temple Heights.
It is a red Cottage (US Flag on Porch) on the right just behind a
blue two story cottage and a brown cedar siding cottage. Park on
Shore Road in front of the house with a framed Peacock on it.
