Times are tough...so we've reduced our Holiday rates to accomodate you!

The dates of December 6-13, 13-20, and December 20-27, 2008 are open
and available to rent for $$1,735 per week. This rental rate includes
tax and all fees, however, a $500.00 security deposit is still required.
For a last minute deal or to make an offer we can't refuse contact the
property manager, Mike, ASAP.

Newly remodeled beach home close to all major attractions, shopping
and restaurants. Not to mention a few steps from the beach! Amazing
views of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay Channel, San Diego River and
during the Summer catch the nightly Sea World firework show from the
second story balcony. Access to exceptional bike path through back
yard leading to a bird watching estuary, and many other bike trails.
Near Golfing at Torrey Pines or horse races at Del Mar Race Track.
Minutes to Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, and airport.

*Payment Options: Personal/ Business check, Cashier's check, Money
Order, or PayPal (add 2.9% transaction fees).
*A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees.
*A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the
key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition.
*There is a $135.00 maid service fee.
*Information such as obtaining a key and whom to call for assistance
will be provided once final payment is received.
*Rental fees should be received 30 days prior to arrival. Ask about
our cancellation fees.

loft, linens provided, alarm clocks in rooms.

spices.

Summer: June 05- Sept. 05 One week Minimum. $2300 a week,
$6900 a month.

Fall: September 06- December 01 $275 a day (3 night min.), $1650 a
week, $5040 a month

Winter: December 02- February 29 $325 a day (3 night min.), $1950 a
week, $5850 a month

Spring: March 01- June 04 $300 a day (3 night min.), $1800 a week,
$5040 a month

All prices are subject to transient occupancy tax and clean fee
