Welcome to our Lake Avenue Family vacation home rental on beautiful Lake Okanagan in Kelowna, B.C.,
Canada, which never freezes. Our home is located ON the lake with a large beach and the City Park
just steps from the front door. Our location is ideal for family vacationers or couples as well as
for business executives.

Our home is ideally set up for a SINGLE FAMILY of 6-8 persons MAXIMUM, as our licence permits a
maximum of 8 persons occupying the suite. The MINIMUM AGE requirement for ALL renters is 30 years
old, except for renter's children. All singles, Stags or Stagettes are absolutely NOT allowed.

Our vacation rental accommodation is the elegant and spacious UPPER level of a large two-level home,
complete with private entrance. Located in the heart of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, we are
nestled ON Lake Okanagan alongside Mill Creek, which is active with abundant wildlife. There is
also a City pathway intersecting our property that leads directly to Kelowna's City Park and the
Downtown Waterfront area, all just a few steps away. Our home is located in the pristine and
desireable "Abbott Street" neighborhood. An additional adjacent park area is being constructed
across Mill Creek from our property with the opening of the new William Bennet Bridge project
nearing completion.

Our home was recently renovated and tastefully decorated with all new furnishings during the summer
of 2006!

The Upper Suite is 1700 square feet in size and contains 2 spacious bedrooms and can sleep a MAXIMUM
of 8 persons.

The Master Bedroom contains 2 queen beds, a walk in closet, an armoir with TV and an ensuite
complete with Jacuzzi tub.

The Guest Bedroom contains a single-over-twin bunk bed, a single-over-single bunk bed and a 3-piece
bathroom.

A complete kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'd ever need - you only need to supply
the food!

The Living Room area is huge and comes with a 42" HD Plasma TV and DVD player as well as a desk with
a High Speed internet LAN connection.

The dining room table can accomodate 8 hungry vacationers while the eating nook can satisfy 4.

A Laundry Room with washer & dryer is available, through a separate entrance.

Towels & linens are supplied, however please bring your own beach/pool towels.

A large 26' X 40' Heated Swimming Pool and hot tub spa is also included, as is a BBQ and Patio
Furniture.

Parking is limited to 1-2 vehicles on site, with plenty of additional on-street parking available
just around the corner from our property.

We do not provide a telephone, so please bring your own cell phone.

We are a Non-Smoking home, and pets are not allowed.

- weekly rentals only at $2650.00 per week
