It is located 500 yards from the base of Heavenly
Valley Ski Resort, and 1.5 miles from local area Casinos {Harvey's,
Harrahs, etc.} and is surrounded by beautiful national forest for
the kids to safely play.
For your convenience there is covered parking and guest parking
available also.
This fantastic location will make your vacation both fun and
relaxing.

-The Summit Condominiums is one of the few complexes with a
clubhouse,it offers: a pool,two jacuzzis, sauna, pool table and ping-

Skiing, boating, hiking, or just relaxing on the beach by the lake
are all just minutes away from the condo. There is also the added
convenience of being able to walk to several area restaurants which
are on Ski Run Blvd. The Heavenly Shuttle can pick you up a few
blocks away from the condo for a day on the slopes. The condo backs
up to National Forest land and is excellent for privacy or playing
in the snow and sledding with the kids.

On a per day basis the rates are:
$175 to $300 per night depending on the time of year.

All rentals require a $400 refundable deposit and a $85 non-
refundable cleaning fee.
