This lovely condo/Townhome features large living room with full-sized
sofa sleeper, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, a half bath and
laundry room on the first floor. Master bedroom with king-sized
bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and large bath with shower
and tub is located upstairs.All towels and linens are furnished.
Next to the master bedroom is a small office with computer desk,
office chair, high-speed wireless internet connection, chair pad,
etc. We do not offer land-based phone service so please be certain
to bring your cell phone. New air-conditioning and heating system
installed recently for your comfort.

Recently, new carpeting was installed upstairs/on steps leading
upstairs and large Italian tile is found throughout downstairs.
In addition, the kitchen features high-line appliances, including
dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and refrigerator with ice-maker. All
utensils and linens along with microwave, blender, coffee-maker,
etc. are at your finger tips. Just bring your food and personal
items and you are set to go. Cable TV is furnished for the living
room along with DVD/VCR, Sony LCD TV, as well as TV's for both
the master and second bedrooms. All new linens, comforters, etc.
have been recently installed.
There is a lovely view of the Intra-Coastal Waterway from both
bedrooms as well as a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from
the master bedroom, living room and from the private balcony.
Located at Crescent Beach, which is regarded as one of the most
beautiful in all Florida (if not one of the most gorgeous in the
US),our condo-townhome is in the "Four Winds Condominiums" and
awaits your pleasure only steps away as this entire condo complex is
oceanside.
You will find an attractive walk-way across beautiful sand dunes
with sea oats and occasional views of large nesting turtles as you
take your brief stroll to the wide, white sand beach. Upon your
return from the beach, a handy outdoor shower is available for your
convenience.
St. Augustine is the oldest city in America and offers tremendous
historic attractions such as Old Town, the historic fort of Castillo
de San Marco, Lightner Museum and wonderful shopping(including St.
Augustine Outlet Mall-one of the largest in the US), antique stores
and some of the finest restaurants in the US. We particularly favor
the excellent fresh seafood found in the restaurant choices here.

Note: All 3-day rentals will be considered after giving preference
to weekly/monthly rentals. Add-on days (for weekly/monthly rentals)
of an extra day or more will be accommodated for rentals which do
not conflict with other reservations. Add-on day(s) are subject to
availability and quoted on request.
Rates Do Not Include 9% sales taxes (6% FL and 3% County)nor $80
cleaning fee.For weekly and shorter term rentals, a refundable
security deposit of $200 will be collected to hold your desired
reservation date. Monthly or more than one week rental periods and/or
full seasonal rentals require a deposit of $400. Deposit will be
returned promptly upon your departure, assuming no damages to
the property. Payment in full for your vacation stay is required
prior to occupancy and is due 30 days in advance of your
arrival date for weekly and shorter term rentals and 60 days in
advance of your arrival date for monthly and seasonal rentals. All
peak Summer Month Rentals are from Saturday-to-Saturday (7 nights).
